Mera Peak Skiing & Climbing

Mera Peak(6,476m) lies in Solukhumbu District, Sagarmatha National Park. It is one of the most popular climbing peak of Nepal. It is so called by “Trekking Summit”, but now it is changed by “Ski-Peak”. The wide and slop makes you thrill and adventure. Submit of the peak by foot and come down by skiing can be one of the most rare adventure in your life.It is always applicable for Skiing through the year.

Mt.Everest, Mt.Lhotse, Cho Oyu, Makalau and Kangcgenjunga can be seen clearly from the top of Mera. Many thousand climber have been successfully submitted this peak till date.

Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu

(Welcome at airport, Transfer to hotel and briefing about trek)

Day 2: Sightseeing over Kathmandu

Day 3: Final Preparation

(check all equipment and ready to move)

Day 4: Fly to Lukla early in the morning

(35 min fly from KTM to Lukla, Sightseeing and explore the himalayan City Lukla)

Day 5: Trek to Paiya

(Overnight at Paiya, hotel)

Day 06: Paiya to Pangkongma (2,846m)

(Overnight at local hotel)

Day 07: Pangkongma to Nashing Dingma (2,591m)

(hours trekking ,overnight at local hotel)

Day 08: Nashing Dingma to Chhatra Khola (2,800m)

(hours, Overnight at local hotel)

Day 09: Chhatra Khola to Kothe (3,691m)

(hours trekking ,Overnight at local hotel)

Day 10: Kothe to Thaknak (4,358m)

(Overnight at Camp)

Day 11: Rest and Acclimatization at Thaknak

(Overnight at Camping, Skiing in Day)

Day 12: Thaknak to Khare (5,045m/16,486ft)

Day 13: Khare: Acclimatization

(pre–climb training and Skiing, Overnight tent)

Day 14: Khare to Mera High Camp (5,780m)

(6-7 hours trekking)

Day 15: Mera High Camp to Summit (6,461m)

(Back to Khare by downhill skiing from summit)

Day 16: Khare to Thaknak by Skiing

Day 17: Back to Chhatra Khola

(Start trek early morning)

Day 18: Back to Lukla

(Overnight at Lukla hotel)

Day 19: Fly to Kathmandu

(Refresh Day at Kathmandu)

Day 20: Certificate handover

Day 21: Departure to your Country
