Jiri to Everest Base Camp


There are two ways to get Everest Base Camp. The trek starts through Jiri start from Kathmandu by bus and trekking from Bhandar second day.Trekking from Jiri to Everest Base Camp offers you more fantastic and amazing moment. In this route you can have more communication to the local people. This route is also best for those who are really interested to do adventure. During the trek you can see the beautiful village, rural area and Nepali Society.  Jiri is a beautiful village of Jirel community of Nepal. Buddhist Monasteries, Prayer Flags and Gomba always remarkable point of Jiri and there side. The views from jiri are gorgeous, due to beautiful mountain peak, attractive village and flora & fauna.


Day 1: Arrive in Kathmandu

(Welcome at Airport, Transfer to hotel & briefing about trek)

Day 2: Sightseeing in Kathmandu.

(Final preparation)

Day 3: Drive Kathmandu to Bhandar via Jiri

(the first day of Trekking, overnight at hotel)

Day 4: Bhandar to Sete

Day 5: Sete trek to Junbesi

Day 6: Junbesi trek to Nunthala

Day 7: Nunthala to Bupsa

Day 8: Bupsa to Surke

Day 9: Surke to Phakding

Day 10: Phakding – Namche Bazaar (3440 m)

Day 11: Acclimatization Day – Namche Bazaar

(Sightseeing over Namche Bazar and explore the Sherpa Culture)

Day 12: Namche Bazzar to Tengboche (3,870m)

Day 13: Trek to Dingboche (4,360 m)

Day 14: Trek to Duglha (4,600 m)

Day 15: Trek to Lobuche (4940 m)

Day 16: Trek to Gorak Shep (5170 m)

Day 17: Trek to Everest Base Camp (5364 m/17,594 ft) and Gorak Shep

Day 18: Trek to Gorak Shep to  Kala Patthar (5545 m) and back to  Pheriche (4280 m)

Day 19: Trek to Pangboche to Tengboche and Namche Bazzar (3,440 m)

Day 20: Trek to Lukla (2,800m)

Day 21: Lukla – Kathmandu

(35 min flight, Refresh day)

Day 22: Departure to your country

(The arrival and departure day depends on your wish)
