Makalu expedition lasts in 50 days which includes trekking period to climbing period and back to Kathmandu after the expedition. The expedition starts from Kathmandu to Tumlingtar fly and 10/12 day trekking up to base camp. The trekking up to base camp passes through Mane Bhanjyang, Mure, Murmi Danda, Tashigaon, Unshisha, Khongma, Nghe Kharka and Merek Langmale Kharka.

It is considered as a technical mountain in Nepalese Himalaya. So, most of the climber choose to climb Makalu before going for Everest. Our professional climbing guide and high attitude Sherpa guides leads you to summit. Also we provide all necessaries climbing devices and equipment. Only the proper climbing gears and good team work can gives good result in any expedition. At least 4 high camp i.e. Camp1, Camp2, Camp3 and Camp4 etc. The camp1 is situated at 6100m, Camp2 is situated at 6600m, and Camp3 is situated at 7400m and Camp4 is situated at 7600m. We set all high camp with best kitchen service and tent. The base camp service and trekking route is well managed by all prospective.

During the trekking period, you can enjoy with natural beauties and cultural attractions. People to this region are rich in traditional culture, religious values and typical food. They are strong devotee on spiritual values and festival. The ever green forest which is rich in flora and fauna are also remarkable part of the trek.

In addition, the best season to climb Makalu Expedition is spring and autumn. We suggest you to have proper climbing clothes and equipment. The climbing gears and clothes play a vital role to make your expedition success.
